Ladies Soul-Growth & Connection Evening

Women hold a special feminine bond and when this bond is missing from our lives we feel unbalanced in our energies.
Other high-vining women that are also in the process of expanding themselves mind, body, and spirit creates a sisterhood tribe that can lift us up. That’s exactly the focus of these monthly events.
We are keeping it focused on inner growth, connection, and FUN!
Each month, the host Addison Bell will choose one therapeutic art project for us to dive into different areas that we struggle with as women (body-image, sensuality, stress, managing different life roles, etc)
Wear your comfiest clothes… pyjama bottoms and t-shirts encouraged!
Grab a bottle of wine and a snack to share.
And we will all meet to walk through the project together and have time to laugh, listen to feel-good music, and connect with other women in a way that fills our souls.
