Oversensitivity shuts down our growth in health, racism, and our lives.

Do you know when I get a woman in my office that has been traumatized it is not uncommon for her clit to be so sensitive that she can’t stand to be touched.

Her husband or partner will go in with the gentlest of touches, with love, care, and compassion. Deeply desiring to help…

And she is still in pain and at times she get angry and lashes out at her man. Or she sits and cries and completely shuts down.

The world is currently in chaos as we search for the best way to stay afloat both as a world and as individual countries, states, and even towns.

Even as we look around at each family and individual, we each person is having to navigate how to progress through their days.

Are we focused on self? The news? Forward movement? Or fear?

Or like many are we bouncing between a little bit of all of it?

Yesterday morning I woke up and thought, “It’s going to be a productive day”.

We as a world right now are fearful.
All it takes is to turn on the news, walk through the grocery store, or look at the empty streets.
There is fear all around us and even if we are personally staying calm the energy is still contagious.

What’s the fear???
At the end of the day it comes down to death.
Death from a virus.
Death from hunger.
Death of life as we know it.
