Where’s your focus?
 
Are you focusing on that little bit of blue sky or are you focusing on all the clouds that are surround. The clouds that could quickly melt away with enough radiance from the sun?
 
And you might be saying, “No, I’m focusing on the good”
But if you look at your life is that truly the case?
Maybe, yes (way to rock it out!)
Maybe, no (we can simply refocus)

The world is currently in chaos as we search for the best way to stay afloat both as a world and as individual countries, states, and even towns.

Even as we look around at each family and individual, we each person is having to navigate how to progress through their days.

Are we focused on self? The news? Forward movement? Or fear?

Or like many are we bouncing between a little bit of all of it?

There is a boat… are you on it?
 
Often times clients will sit in front of me and share that they are missing passion, excitement, and true desire in their lives. They look around and their world feels boring and mundane.
 
As we begin to dive into coaching work it often becomes clear that they aren’t allowing dreams and desires into their reality. They sit there stating they want to be happier and to live an orgasmic life… but they don’t stop to dream about what that ideal life would truly look like for them.

The element of surprise is so magical.
Yet when it comes to your life you squash the magic!!!

Today I drove a friend and her family to the airport for an adventure. She had not told her kids where the adventure would be and what it would entail and so as we drove she dropped little playful hints.

There was curiosity, there was laughter, there was anticipation in the car, and excitement for what was to come in the next few days.
