You know those times after you’ve had some massive realizations and started to make changes in your world.
Specifically in your inner world.
The times AFTER you’ve spent days, hours, and weeks really processing, learning, and opening your heart and mind to take in the new information.
This is often the tine when you need the most courage on your journey.
Yes, it takes courage to see your own shiz and face it. It takes courage to make the decision to truly choose a new direction or path.
But the in-between space of beginning to practice and implement in the most courageous time of all. It is truly what sets those who achieve and those who do not achieve apart.
This is the most courageous time because it is the period of push-back.
At this time your mindset changes will have not becomeΒ noticeable enough for those around you to acknowledge and see the expansion. Leaving you still in the same old “box” in their minds.
And if those around you are seeing changes… they may not like that things are shifting… Likely causing push-back. Testing.
Then there is the fact that when we are making changes… specifically in our thoughts and beliefs. We often ‘fall off of our own horse’ and have to keep coming back and practicing.
This can be the hardest push back of all and the moment that takes the most courage. We must keep at the inner mindset game until our neural pathways have fully caught up. Until we have created a TRUE brain change.
This is also a time when others like to point out how we have fallen off of our own horse making it even that much more diffcult.
Meaning it is the time when we can have the most negative self-talk if we are not careful. And thus takes massive courage and commitment.
We get accolades internally and externally when we begin on a path and then once we achieved there are also often accolades and excitement.
But the middle, ‘in-between’, space is where you are truly digging in and doing the changing and growing. It’s not…
the reading about concepts
taking that workshop
seeing the negative beliefs
or unhelpful behaviors
It’s the implementation and choosing again and again that actually creates the change in our lives.
And it is required in order to get to that space where we truly aren’t fighting out own brains, the manifestations really do stick, and the energy around us really is raised in vibration.
The ‘in-between’ space when no one else see’s and we ourselves are struggling to see…
In my opinion in the most courageous… Badass time!
Because it shows true commitment to self and the life we desire.
It’s when we could easily choose another path or return to old behaviors/thoughts but continue on.
Its the time that truly makes you dig into self and soul.
While beginnings are amazing and can be so very beautiful.
And it’s always inspiring to see a success story.
The courageous middle is the true space of courage!
So, if you are out there making changes in your internal world or external world… not at the beginning but also not at the end.
Know… you are amazing and courageous.
Keep going and keep aligning with your core.
