We all hear voices…
Voices from our past
Voices from moments of triumph
Voices from moments of defeat
Voices that soothe us
Voices that break us down
Most of these voices started as a message we took as our own along the way. Some of this happened long before we had the ability or knowledge to fight back. Instead we soaked it up and took it on as fact.
And sadly the vices that often make the largest and longest impact are those negative voices. The voices that we took on when we were scared, sad, hurt, abused, etc.
The reason they often make the longest impact?
Because they are the voices that as we get older we focus on and the ones we choose to keep closest to our chest out of protection.
As humans we great at protecting ourselves…
Even if that means we are berating ourselves in order to do the so-called protecting.
It is rare that we focus on all the beauty and magic that is within us as much as we have focused on the negative.
It is always a conscious choice to choose a powerful and uplifting voice for self.
And despite the messages from others that we received as children, as teens, or even as adults…
Now!
In this moment.
At this time in our lives.
It is our responsibility to alter the voice because it is no longer coming from outside of us. It is within us and we have all the power and control over our internal world.
And if you say that it is still all around you then hunny…
You are the one sticking around in that vibration. It is you that continues to manifest it into your life. And our manifestations come from the thoughts we thing (voices) and the feelings we have in response to those thoughts (feelings about voices)
We all receive negative messages…
But we all receive positive messages as well!
We can choose to focus on those positive moments, messages, and voices and at least turn down the volume of our negative voices.
If you can’t think of any positive messages….
Then choose some for yourself!
You get to create your reality.
So choose what you want to think, feel, and believe.
We all hear voices but the kidn of voices is 100% up to you!
