The floodgates of self are open.
The energy has been locked up and been damning up the waves of depth.
Pushing, pushing, pushing to be released.
But a crack formed and has blown the whole thing open!
The orgasmic waves of energy are swooping in..
The orgasmic waves of life!
Because life is orgasmic
But only if there is depth to be explored.
A shallow life and shallowness in the pieces we allow to open within self will not make for an orgasmic life.
Though we keep SELF closed for fear of the depth.
We fear what we will find within ourselves and if we will be able to handle our own depth.
Will we still be able to love ourselves?
And we look at who we will lose when we crack ourselves open and get vulnerable and real.
Will we be loved for our depth?
Because our depth and realness often sounds amazing to others until they are faced with a wave of this energy. The magnitude of the impact.
And unfortunately many will drown in our depths.
It takes a rare individual to see inside another’s world and stay steady with their truth. It takes continuing to swim when the waves get rocky but also to not think there is nothing to explore when the seas are calm.
All people have a light and a dark and both are important to be seen and known.
Though we often hide both!
The darkness because we care about how other’s perceive that dark depth of self
The light because we fear it will blind and we in truth will be too successful.
So we not only keep others from swimming in our depth but we often don’t swim in our own depth.
We never see both the beautiful and scary lands that make up our ocean of self…. our orgasmic flow of life… our totality.
Others drown in our depths and have blamed us in the past
We have allowed our depths to be explored and blamed this depth ourselves for outcomes.
So we have damned up the ocean of self…
Confined it to safety.
But it’s not really living.
But for a rare few….
The damns are breaking.
The waves of energy are magnificent but immense.
And some in the current reality will drown.
This is a fact since not everyone was meant to swim in our oceans.
But with each of us exploring our own depths and owning that we are not damned up little ponds but massive dynamic oceans…
We then become more able to swim in others oceans.
And while some will drown…
Some will learn to swim and surf will elegance.
Allowing us to truly embrace the flow of who we are.

There is something so powerful and moving about allowing yourself to sit in all your nakedness and feel your power while you at the same time witnessing another in their nakedness.
Nakedness is first and foremost an inner game.
Until we are able and willing to love ourselves as we strip ourselves down to our core…
See our light and our dark
Recognize our wounds and holdbacks
Allow ourselves to own our own power
Until we do these things with self we can never be truly naked with another person. True nakedness comes from true vulnerability and authenticity.
