You are doing the work.
I see you…
I know you are doing all the things!
You are meditating
You are working your energy
You are doing the journaling… the classes… the videos
You are internally choosing to refocus when you feel yourself drifting to those things that are not aligned.
So the problem isn’t that you aren’t taking the action.
You are amazing at doing the things and while you sometimes feel a stirring of fear, you consistently are willing to do the work on self.
Though you can “work and work and work”
Reading all the books
Doing all the meditations to heal
Stepping into all the energy-work
But if you don’t believe and have faith in the work you are doing and more importantly within self then it is useless.
You have a great power within you
Yes, it might feel weighed down right now
But the power is there for the expansion and the taking.
You have such a beauty and you are wasting it
Allowing it to get drained on all the things below who you are at your core.
You are buying into old programs and beliefs that you aren’t worthy or deserving. That you and only you are condemned to this life with dis-ease, loneliness, and disconnection. That you can continue to do all the things but that you are somehow too broken. Beyond fixing.
And you are right.
When you believe something, including yourself, is beyond fixing then you create a perpetuation of the same.
And even if you are shaking your head and thinking…
“I’m not in that much victim Addison”
I have faith
I trust God/Universe
I know that there is an amazing life awaiting me
Do you really and truly have unshakeable faith?
If you are worried at all…
Then the answer is NO… you don’t have faith.
You have to tune into that core energy that holds the divine.
You have to know and live from a place of trusting that you are always being guided and that your lessons and blessings are all around you.
You have to have faith that you can move through the stumbles in your life and not because you “worked hard” but because you are worthy of it all. You have to have faith and feel that part of you that is eternal and has a power that can’t be put into words.
But without this faith in your process and in God…
The things you are doing will never truly stick
You will continue to run around in circles and create the same chaos over and over again.
You will never level up to the next level that is calling to you.
Your new life is calling!
It wants you to embrace the juiciness
And its not going to be found in only “doing the work” but from a place of embodying the work and fully trusting…
In self and in the divine.
You have a gorgeous light…
Don’t let the tarry darkness drag you down
Find the sacredness in this journey and within self.
